Please, call them. Rumors said that they will process your case faster if u call to make sure your case working correctly. Calling them is a good way to show that u put high effort on the case and want it to work out without troubles. Some people even lost the case during NVC stage simply they did not call and see how it goes. There are thousand of cases waiting in line, it would not do any harm to NVC if your case is lost or delayed.

You won't be able to talk to someone today!! I tried a bit ago and they are closed for inclement weather. But it is reassuring that you got through yesterday.. I don't want anything to slow down this process any more than it already has been!! By the way, I also found information about emailing them: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html

I called up to yesterday and was told still processing. Just not sure which website to check to track "sign in failed". Wondered if it is the www.immigrantvisas.state.gov

The website is https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx you should use the Invoice ID you got back in December...!

:ot: you don't come on here as much...been busy..?

Meredith - you can email them but don't expect a speedy response. They will reply in about 5-7 days.. by that time they are likely closed for the week and reopened.
