hello mga kababayan! im about to attend cfo guidance and counseling session. inaayos ko na rin mga requirements for it and they required me to bring NOTARIZED PARENTAL ADVICE, honestly po im aware sa PARENTAl CONSENT LETTER, but this one never heard of. meron po ba kayong idea dito? i've already browse the internet pero wala po ako makitang sample. any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Hi girl, he's right if you wish to ask questions here kindly put your words in English so "everyone" can put their feedbacks and not just only those who understand the language . I don't know what Notarized Parental Advice is but I think it's somewhat similar to giving permission to your daughter which is under age to get married and be notarized by an attorney. I could be wrong though, but I think that's it! anyways, take care and good luck with the K1 journey

hi lilj562! I have read before that if you are 23 yrs old and below, parental consent is needed. Some just brought a handwritten letter with signature from the parents that they are agreeing to the marriage. You can check out this thread

You can obtain the form for parental advise from your local civil registrar. If you are 21 to 25 years old, you do not need CONSENT, but you DO need the parental advise form before you can get the license.
