You arent going insane. I remember stopping at a gas station to throw up on the way to my interview. (Gross, I know) but I was soooo afraid and sooo wired up from no sleep and too many cigarettes!

Let us know how it went ok! (F)

Invictus..

Out of the night that covers me,

Black as the Pit from pole to pole,

I thank whatever gods may be

For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance

I have not winced nor cried aloud.

Under the bludgeonings of chance

My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears

Looms but the Horror of the shade,

And yet the menace of the years

Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll.

I am the master of my fate:

I am the captain of my soul.

William Ernest Henley

Hello, All:

I am totally ready to lose it!. My husband's interview is on Feb 3rd at 9 am. It will be 4 am here. I know that usually they finish all interviews by 12 pm, about 7am my time. My job is really bad about personal calls. I told my boss that if my husband does not call before I start work that he may call in the morning. I further explained that call cannot go into voicemail. He said ok, but he should call before work. I already have butterflies in my stomach. I feel like I am going to have an anxiety attack. I do not have any mental health issues, but I am just not myself. I have read good and bad things about the consulate in Morocco. My husband has been doing his best to prepare, but I worry about his english. These days I have to explain to him sometings over and over again. I have not been sleeping well. My children have blind faith that he will be here soon. How do I rest? Please God help him.

I think the docs you sent him are good. I completely understand not being able to sleep....I only sleep good with my fiance. Maybe your husband will have the option of language selection? I have seen that comment about some Consulates. Try to take deep breaths!!! He needs you to not have that anxiety attack so you can pick him up from the airport!!!! Good Luck, I'll be watching to see the good news

Thank you. I just got iff the phone with my husband. He was prepared even better than me. I am bad with exact dates, but he remembered them all. He even remembered things I have not told him for months. He is a great man, but I am the nervous one because I cannot control any part of this. Even at work, when I am confronted with a problem, I feel like I want to cry. I wish you a great night.

My husband with request a translator in case he is not clear on something that he will be asked, but he will say that he can talk in english for most of the interview. I will try to relax here at home, but I cannot say that I will be ok. If I feel crazy I will start a cleaning project that I hate and I am sure I will want to sleep instead. LOL

Thank you for the support!

Thank you. I checked VJ for possible questions that he may be asked and he had no problems answering any without hesitation. I will pray hard tonight.

I'm praying, praying, and praying that all goes well tomorrow. I read the comments and it sounds like your husband is very much prepared...... He'll do fine!! :D

Try to relax tonight, I know, I know.....impossible. But try by taking a hot bath, lighting a candle, and relaxing or something......take a tylenol pm if you have one. That will help you rest and sleep. I'm going to be thinking about you and waiting to hear what happens. I wish you and your husband the best of luck!! :) You deserve it and it's time for you to start your lives together. ((HUGS))
