Hi everyone! Not sure if you remember me. I was here few months ago asking some questions. I finally had my wedding on the 14th of Jan and came back to the U.S on the 21st.

I am filing the I-130 and wanted to know what else to send with the form (and money order, of course)? I am sorta confuse. Do I send the marriage certifciate, birth certificates, passport copies and all now?

This is a do it yourself message board, with emphasis on DOING and YOURSELF. Download the I-130 instructions and study them carefully. Then carefully study the CR1 visa GUIDE here. Just click on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here. Once you DO that YOURSELF, feel free to come back and ask your questions in the CR1 visa forum. The K3 visa is no longer available.

I like you very much pushbrk. You make life easy.

Dude RiaB...check USCIS' website http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis to get updates about the I-130. Apply for a CR-1. Do some research on this forum and if you have any questions, pushbrk and all of us are here to help you out.

Thank you. The list of things, do I need to send with the I-130 form or send them later?

You'll send a package of forms and supporting documents together. The I-130 instructions tell you which ones and where to send them all. Other forms and supporting documents will be sent later after the petition is approved. That's why it's so important to carefully study both the guides and form instructions. DO it YOURSELF, first and then ask about what isn't clear. This part should have been clear, which leads me to believe you are resisting DOING the homework YOURSELF. That's a prescription for failure.

*** not a K-3 visa topic, moving to IR-1/CR-1 forum ***

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
