Hey everyone.. congratulations on all the recent NOA2s! So glad to see things are speeding up a bit in Vermont. Was just curious to all of you at VSC that just recently got your NOA2, about what time of day did you receive the text and/or email saying that you were approved? Really just wondering and spending too much time on VJ! LOL And hey, congratulations again.

No... what I mean is what time of the day did you receive the text and/or email from USCIS stating that your petition had been approved? Like in the morning, afternoon, evening, etc. And I was talking to K-1 applicants at VSC but I suppose anyone could answer. Thanks.

I'm sure you're probably going to get the text sometime within their working hours. Does it really matter what time of the day?

Yes, I'm sure it would be during their working hours. I posted this out of curiosity, not because it really "matters," as long as we all get one eventually, right? Thanks for your input though. Best of luck to you in your journey.

Since the text is automated, why does it have to be during working hours? Shouldn't it depend on when the queue is transfered by the computers so that the texts are then generated? Since it is automated, it could be any time.

Yes is matters what time. I was thinking about asking the same question for CSC before reading this post. Then I would know when to quit watching my email and hoping to get approval that day. When I got NOA1 approval, it was at 10pm.

Mine was about noon time Houston, which is about 11:00am in Vermont at VSC. I don't think though that they have any specific time frame to send out their adjudications. It's just a matter of churning out the stuff to meet their quota. Unless they come across a "difficult"case they will approve and send it out on their own. There is usually a supervisor they could ask to clarify stuff like that. It's like every work place, you don't know the answers, you ask a colleague or the boss.
