(2) 30/ July/ 2008: Joined interview. Given 221G AR.

U.S Councilor suggested or recommend to get marry.

(3) 30/Dec/ 2008: Got marry

(4) 1/ Feb/ 2009: File I 130 for Spouse

(5) 2/ April/2009. Approve

(6) 2/ Oct / 2009: Interview Guyana American Embassy. 221G.

Intent to revoke the petition.

(7) 17/May/2010: Receive letter from Homeland Security (VSC)

Info from Consular investigation, that Man married

Woman for the sole purpose of obtaining US Immigration

Benefits for the beneficiary.

(8) 19/June/2010: 33 Days to respond (evidence to explain)

Moving to IR-1 CR-1 forum, you are not talking about a K-3 which for the most part no longer exists.

This is the last info from the American Embassy in Guyana on 8/Feb/2011. We regret to inform that our administrative processing has not yet concluded. While we are unable to give an exact wait time, we anticipate that processing will conclude in the near future. We will contact the beneficiary as soon as we conclude.

Did you guys have a wedding? Do you have wedding pictures? My husband and I went through exactly the same thing as you guys are going through and we ended up having to do the hindu wedding in Guyana. USCIS had reaffirmed our case and the embassy approved the visa a few weeks ago.

Starting over -

01-08-09 - Mailed I-130

01-09-09 - VSC received I-130 application

01-14-09 - Date of NOA1

01-20-09 - Received NOA1 for I-130

06-17-09 - I-130 Approval

06-22-09 - Received NOA2 for I-130

NVC

07-11-09 - Emailed DS-3032

07-11-09 - Paid AOS Fee $70.00

07-23-09 - DS-3032 Accepted via. Email

08-15-09 - Paid IV Fee $400.00

09-14-09 - Mailed I-864 Package

09-14-09 - Mailed IV DS-230 Package

09-28-09 - Email FROM NVC stating that both forms were incomplete

10-09-09 - NVC Received both forms corrected

10-20-09 - Case Complete at NVC

10-29-09 - CR-1 Interview Date scheduled for 12-23-09

12-23-09 - Placed under Admin Review for six weeks - 2-3-10

01-14-10 - Visa Refused

06-02-10 - USCIS Received the package back from the Embassy

09-18-10 - Hindi Wedding Ceremony

09-28-10 - Recieved Letter from USCIS Stating reasons for revocation

10-01-10 - Returned Package to USCIS will further evidence disputing the reasons the Embassy gave for revocation

11-17-10 - DS 230 and Immigrant Information Sheet returned to the Embassy

12-15-10 - Appointment Letter mailed out setting the interview Date for Feb 7th 2011

02-07-11 - 3rd Interview with the Embassy after USCIS reaffirmed the case

02-09-11 - Visa issued

02-11-11 - Traveled back to the USA - and our journey is finally over! A total of 3.5 years!

7/April/2011: Finaly my wife get called in for her visa. Administration Review from 16/Sept/2010 to 6/April/2011. Thank god that part is finish no we will live our life forever together :thumbs::thumbs::dancing:

Done? Yay ! Congrats !

Thank you Done, it was a long frustrating waiting,I was losing faith in God wondering what wrong me and my wife did, but our faith was tested. I said things badly about God, then I went back and apoligise to God say my pray. Finaly God make it all possiable. Patience was the key. :innocent::D

Thanks for your infomation Munesh & Suz. We File our I130 1/Feb/2009 and finish 6/April/2011. so it took us 2 years, 2 month. Now it is time to live our live together and forever. :dance:

So Guys I did not put all the information in order, but I only could have post what I could have remember, it was very frustrating. Finaly my wife got her Visa on 5/April/2011. It took us 2years, 2months. from 1/Feb/2009 to 5/April/2011. :thumbs:I wish everyone who is still going through their process all the very best, and to continue to keep the faith. :innocent:
