Come on people, if you have been waiting nearly 6 months, take two seconds to sign the petition. This WILL help us and others won't have to go through this pain and deceit caused by CSC.

Must we have been waiting 6 months? All of us who have submitted I-129F's after the new form was available are also surely impacted by the backlog at CSC.

ok but when you guys get to 5 or 6 months of waiting, then it will be excessive. Let the unapproved from March and april go first plz

but the signatures of people who have not been waiting 6 months will do nothing. you could start a "we've been waiting 3 months petition" ?

I would vote we ALL sign it. As I have personally stated, if I am approved, this thing is going to still have legs. I can't let anyone else go through this #######. So dzy88p, please do sign it. what we are looking for is accountability so people in the future don't go through this crapola.

Well in my experience, more signatures always means more attention and quicker action.

The petition doesn't state "each of us has been waiting six months" and I'm not trying to get my name on some magic list that USCIS would look at first.

In fact, I simply support everyone who has been waiting to go through the process legally, and I detest "line-jumpers".

My fiancée and I are patient but we don't like this huge backlog in front of us either. We'd like to help all of you who have been waiting to get through as much as possible.

I think the petition is a great idea, and I was disappointed to see it only had 38 signatures.

Are they going to check which persons on the petition actually have a case that's taken 6 months plus?

If you sign the petition (as you should) do NOT include your receipt number. People who have already signed and posted their receipt numbers should remove them at once.

I completely agree, that field kept me from signing.

An OPTIONAL field kept you from signing?

I wonder how much value the petition will have. USCIS just changed their process reporting as if in a counter-attack for any congressional enquiry - if your petition wasn't filed prior to Feb 23 they have no one to answer to.

I hope my understand of US politics is wrong and they are accountable to someone - someone who cares.
