need some answers about dv lottery 2010/2011

hi everyone

i'm a winner of dv lottery for 2010/2011 and i already send the first lettre in june 2010 now it's 6 months is passed, i haven't reciev yet the second lettre and when i contact the kentucky center they told me that my application is in processed but my turn gonna take several months

after that i email them for a second time but i haven't reciev any respond from them and i don't know why

my case number starting with 2011

so my questions are

can i know my date of interview by us dvlottery website ESC ??

do i have right to participat again in dv 2012 altought that i'm winner for 2011 ??

should i worry if the kentucky doesn't answer me in second time ??

1. If you're a winner, you should have a number starting with 2011XXXXXX

2. You can see the status of available DV visas here on visa bulletin: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5228.html

Read the instructions as they explain what is an available number

3. They have until September 2011 to use up all available visa numbers - if they reach that date before they get to you you're out of luck.

4. You could've played for 2012 - but if you haven't too late now - they closed the entry process back in November 2010.
