Timeline---

Feb 14 - sent packet thru fedex

Feb 15 - uscis received date

Feb 18 - email & txt received it also say's in the NOA the notice date

Feb 22 - NOA I-797C hard copy received thru mail

actually within VJ there is a tool where you can put all these data. If you see the avatar of every people, there is a link called "timeline" and a link "photo", it is just below the small avatar (picture). Can you see it?

sorry, I feel like I explain it so bad!

If you click on that link, you can fill your own timeline. It is really helpful for VisaJourney because these data are used for statistics.

I encourage you (in the name of VJ) to do it, as most of February filers and I did!

By the way, today my case was transfered to CSC. Hope it's good news.

Dont worry sorchaine it take about 10 days to have it so you might receive the text messages by the end of the week

Throwing our little bit in here! Matthew and I mailed ours out 2 days ago, via overnight delivery. Either USPS is being slow to update our tracking number, or it wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be! Oy. I hope it's actually there!

Well nuts. Sorry to double post so quickly, but I just realized something - My husband forgot to sign his G-325A. Oops. I mean, he wrote his name in the "Print your name and Alien Registration Number" box, but forgot to sign it. Guess we'll just have to wait for the RFE, because I doubt much that they will accept it with no signature.

I wonder if I could just mail it in beforehand... Hm. I feel bad because I checked all the paperwork like 6 times to make sure everything was signed... and I missed it every time.

Checked this morning and all three case numbers we have are showing up on the USCIS website. Happy to see the process moving along!

Already received the biometrics appointment letter but the case still does not show up on USCIS website. Oh, well!

Hi, everyone! Glad to see you guys going well in your case.

I sent package I130 WITH I485 on Feb 3,2011, delivered on Feb 7, Email/text received and check cashed on Feb 10, received hard copy of receipts on Feb 14, everything seems to going well. But I have not received my biometrics letter. it is so weird. I doubt much that my biometrics letter was lost. Anyone has the similar experience? Thanks!!!

How did you get notified of your case being transferred to CSC? was it txt? Just wondering because to my knowledge my case has not been transferred? Thanks

I received an e-mail from USCIS to say so.

It now appears as a text in the Initial review section on the USCIS website.

I don't know if it's part of the g1145 (because I didnt receive any text) or if it is because I subscribed on the USCIS website to have e-mail notification for my case.

Anyways it also say that you receive a letter by mail to tell you that it is transfered.

I just got the transfer a few days ago so you may be in the same case in a few days/week.

I did my biometrics this morning. I was schedule on march 15th but decided to do a walk-in.

I could do it so they took my fingerprints and photo.

Still have to wait...

Got my biometrics appointment letter today! Im scheduled to have it on March 9, 2011 at 9:00am... I'm so happy! :-)
