Question about the E-Notification form G-1145

I am sorry about the silly question but, I sent in our I-130 last week, via Federal Express. It was signed for on Friday January 28th. The way I read the instructions, they should send you a text or e-mail within 24 hours if you attached the completed G-1145 form. It is now Monday... should I be worried that I have not received either an e-mail or a text?

No because most people are not being notified even tho they included the new optional form for notifications.

The E-Notification is still pretty new. I received my NOA1 over 2 months ago, and I never recieved a text or email at all! So no, I wouldnt worry!

Its easy to though. I refreshed my online banking about 12 times a day until the cashed the cheque!

08/08 - Back to UK for a few years of travelling UK>US!

10/10 - Wedding Day!

11/26/10: Touched

11/29/10: NOA1 arrives!(dated as 11/18/10)

04/08/11: I-130 APPROVAL!!

141 days from NOA1 to NOA2

27/04/11: Emailed Choice of Agent form

~{gap as I spent the summer in England}~

03/11/11: Paid AOS and IV fees

04/11/11: AOS and IV fees shown as PAID

08/11/11: AOS Packet sent

09/11/11: IV Packet sent

18/11/11: RFE received requesting AOS packet (which had already been sent)

21/11/11: RFE received requesting 2010 tax return

22/11/11: Sent 2010 tax return

that form worked good for me when I sent our I-130 in Nov 2009. I think it took like a week or 2 to actually get the text message. After that it was pretty quick and on time.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
