One other thing I forgot to tell you guys. Somehow, our K-3 visa was never cancelled out and NVC sent the approved I-129f/K-3 package to the US Embassy in Manila. The Embassy sent us a letter saying that we can call and schedule an appointment for K-3 interview anytime we wished. LOL I already paid NVC the AOS and IV fees and filed all our documents for the CR-1 so really even if we wanted to just do the K-3 we would probably lose that money we already paid NVC because in order to schedule the K-3 visa interview we would have to pay the K-3 fee. If I had known NVC was going to take so long we would have just done the K-3. Just wanted to share that with you all.

Guess What everybody? I called NVC to find out whats going on with my case and to get an update and now NVC is telling me they don't have my IV package, they cant find it. I have my US Post office receipt and tracking number that shows it being delivered. They told me to scan it and email it to them so I did. Can you believe this BS ? They charge these rediculous fees and they still cant get it right. So now what? All my original documents were in there. If they cant find it then I need to get all new Docs and resend it.

How did you get accepted DS3032 email in the same day?

It was accepted after I emailed it. I read on here sometimes they send email rejecting it right away. But they actually sent me email back a couple of days later saying that they processed the DS-3032. I sent it on a Friday morning and they sent me email on the following Monday saying that its been processed.

WOO HOO !!!! I just got off phone with NVC , CASE COMPLETE !!!! yessss. I double checked and I got SIF too. Thank God, I thought I was going to have to redo the whole thing. Aparently after my call yesterday and I emailed them the Post Office Tracking info , my IV package surfaced and they processed it today. The man told me It was complete and I should be getting the interview date in a week to 10 days.
