Im sorry for bombarding you guys with soooo many(dumb) questions!! but the ONLY help i have is you all!!! thank you so much! :)

BUT yet again, im stuck with another problem..we got instructions from the nvc through email about our nvc and id numbers etc..they also wanted to make sure about my mailing address(im the beneficiary. Im sure others also got that email too)so i need to get it changed immediately! Here in saudi arabia the mailing is not very reliable when it comes to mailing at the home address..so i want to change it to my dad's work place where i can get the mail (will they even mail me anything at all?) with much assurity !

All you need is to give NVC your and your husband's emails and assign your husband as your agent (Choice of agent form) and that's it, all mail will go to his US address and if NVC needs to contact you, they will send you emails. This is what we did. And NVC has contacted us through e-mails already.

Wooooohooookicking.gif

On Tuesday I started getting antsy as the date of my flight back to my family is imminent so called Sue! She asked for an expedite request which I was only so glad to provide and Sure enough, this morning I called the AVR and got the "case complete" message! What perfect timing, as I really did not want to be out of the country while the petitions were pending.

Two days, I'm outta here and not coming back without them!good.gif

IV marked paid and Matt sent the IV package already. The waiting continues...

Grats on sending out the IV package!

I had to re-send my documents again today as per operator's suggestion since they still haven't received/reviewed either package that I sent more than 2 weeks ago. I'm just hoping NVC got a lot of emails and they just haven't gotten to our initial AOS email and that I'll hear something very soon.

Saylin, you will send them via email or mail?

I sent them by email again.

Hi guys,

My mom's timeline is shown below. Her DS-230 processing was delayed due to unavailability of civil documents. For Filipinos in this forum - is the CFO seminar required for IR-5 applicants? Her NBI Clearance is marked as "No Criminal Record" - anyone knows if she will NOT get a visa right away even if she passes the interview pending a clarificatory letter from the NBI?

Thanks!

CFO PDOS is required for all Filipino emigrants on an immigrant visa. Anything other than No Derogatory Comments will require further explanation. For example: No Criminal Record does not rule out a Civil Case.

NVC mailing address below. is it correct?

National Visa Center

ATTN: CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

It depends on what you are mailing. AOS office code is CMR AOS. IV package is CMR. The correct address is printed on each bar-coded cover document. Don't forget SUITE 100
