once aos is paid..you can send in your aos packet.. you dont have to wait for nvc to send any docs.

Sad to hear that but dont get upset coz since ur AOS & Packet IV already in PROCESS does not mean you'll get you case complete its a NO cos this will take a month or more depend if they will request for RFE more or less will extend the process to your case to be complete,the 2 months you are going to wait for the result of your sputum test is just not too far for your case to complete good thing is just you made an advance medical so the waiting time is just the same of your processing time for your case to be complete...making advance medical was a good move u made. Don't worry everything will be OK....

Note:

My petition was approved last Dec 27,2010 . Being transferred to NVC Jan 4,2011 request RFE Feb 1,2011 CASE COMPLETE Feb 23...YOU don't have to worry that much. Good luck to your NVC Process. Scroll back all the inputs here in this room there is a lot of tips , do's & dont advice from our VJ's member that they encountered on their process and that will help you filling the forms to avoid mistake and delayed in your process. Feb 23 - First Day of Medical.

Feb 24 - Second day but :(( I'm for sputum next week.

This is really tough!!!

I don't know how to start. But yes, the scariest thing I heard has come on the day 2 of my medical exam. I got stuck on the x-ray result :( They said, I need to undergo sputum test that will delay me for TWO MONTHS!!! I can't help but cry in front of them. There were a lot of us actually. Only few passed and more got stuck :(( I can't understand why they have to do it. It's really heartbreaking but God allowed this to happen. In time, in God's time, everything will be set in place.

Do your medical. Here is link to St Lukes Clinic, you need to pre register and print out the paper they send u after u register. http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml

I'd email it only once. I'm not sure if emailing it multiple times would affect your case. I'd send it once, wait a few days to see if they accept it. Don't send one every day.

There's 4 messages:

-NOT INVOICED: meaning it hasn't been generated yet

-INVOICED: meaning that it has been generated and available to pay

-IN PROGRESS: meaning that you paid it and it's being processed

-PAID: meaning the bill has been processed and you can now send the package

oh ok so finally i have the AOS bill available for payment but not the IV bill. do i have to wait for it also to be invoiced, paid and then mail both the packets together to nvc? or one after the other??

after you pay aos fee , then iv bill will appear, so pay aos now. You mail them seperate.
