I have been reading a lot of posts that ask "Do I have to wait for packet from NVC?", OR "Do I wait for email from NVC?", etc........After waiting at TSC, I am not waiting on anything!!. I submitted my wife's DS-3032 using the email template after obtaining the NVC case nr. from the phone robot. She did get an email confirmation on that one. When the AOS and the IV were invoiced, I paid online. When the AOS was marked paid, I printed out the bar-coded cover Document Cover Sheet, put the package together, and mailed it (today). The IV is now marked PAID, so I will get that ready, and mail it out on Tuesday. If Monday wasn't a holiday, I would mail it out on Monday. Trying to PRO-ACTIVE rather than waiting. I think most of you are like me; TIRED OF WAITING!!

 I'm 1000000% with ya on that !!

Oh okay, then I will tell Matt to put the NVC Case Number on each paper and there are 92 pages!!! Whoah! Wait, including the pages of I-864? Maybe his mom can help. lol So, again, the NVC case number at the upper right-hand corner of each page?

By the way, when paying online and asked about the routing number and I checked Matt's account, it shows two different numbers, either paper & electronic or wires, and I chose the paper & electronic routing number. Will it take longer? Cause I understand that wire transfer can cost extra charges? Idk. lol

Btw, who else here is using the I-864 form? In page 1, does it show the barcode at the bottom or not? Saylin and I discussed about it earlier today and it's just weird because sometimes the barcode on page 1 appears and sometimes it disappears when saving/printing. So I'd like to know what did you submit in page 1, with barcode or without?

Thank you!

Most people I dont think put the case number on upper right hand corner, I didn't and had no problem. 93 pages seems like a lot. Plus I just thought of something. What if you write on an "Original Document" ??? Could that render it void and NVC request a new "Document" . I would worry about that.

When you got CC, did you phone the number in Texas to set up the interview in Manila, or did you do it online??

Well, I tried to set up the interview but it wont go thru yet because Manila is still waiting to recieve the case file from NVC. Once they get it then I can set the appointment. I first called the Texas number , but thats a call center and I didnt like it, some guy got on the line and didn't know anything. So then I called the Manila number which I liked better because I spoke with a Filipina who said she is at the Embassy and she knew what she was talking about. She told me sometimes the NVC sets the appointment and sometimes they dont LOL. So she told me keep calling back and try to set it myself, once the Embassy enters our case into their computer system then it will allow me to set or change an interview appointment. Now yesterday I recieved an email from NVC that said they would set the interview and notify us by email when the date was. Anyway, don't worry, soon as I know for sure I will post it.

I'm the beneficiary as well, and both my husband and I got the first information package (with our case number, IIN, etc) in our emails as well as getting the DS-230 information package. So if your email was provided, then yes, you will get packages as well as the petitioner.

Thanks saylin. I knew i would get emails but wasnt sure if i would get something in the 'mail'. I dint get my case number yet..just waiting on that.

Upper left hand corner, hmmmm see now it looks like you dont follow directions lol. I think it will be ok though. You should have just left it off. Is your IV package 92 pages? I was counting my IV pack and I got 9 pages and then I photocopied the whole pack so thats 8 more pages because I didn't photocopy the Barcode Cover sheet, giving my IV package a grand total of 17 pages plus 3 photographs. My AOS package was 14 pages. My 2 packs combined was 31 pages total including photocopied set of IV.

It wasn't me who didn't follow instructions :( We decided to put the case number since there were 92 pages. IV package is just 8 pages + 3 pages (photocopies). I hope it will be fine since we really didn't get any instructions for it. It was just a help for them so that they could somehow track it.

Matt clearly relayed the instruction and he had to go to work. Well, I don't want to blame her. I just hope and pray that it will just be fine.

Personally, I don't believe it's a deal-breaker one way or another. I didn't even put the NVC Case Number on my AOS. I DID put my "Name, SSN, and Form I-864EZ" on each page as per I-864EZ Instructions.

I had the same worry--so I wrote the case # on the corners of the pages that WEREN'T original documents; for the originals, I wrote it on a small post-it and stuck it to the corner. We just had our interview on Wednesday, and I could see our file through the glass--all of the post-its were still stuck on there!
