After being stuck in the CSC to TSC black hole, so far I am surprised at how quickly everything moving at NVC (as you can see from my timeline). I received an email today (on my wife's email account) that NVC had accepted the DS-3032. I used the template found here on VJ, and it worked!!

Once you finally get to NVC, it goes very quickly. Within one week of getting my case number, I had finished paying all fees and sent in the last package.

I signed in to the invoice payment center online. Fees are not yet generated. When do they generate them so we can pay for it already?

Congrats, DanTes! Finally moving! It feels great!

Hey Evieve! Our AOS fee was generated two days after we got our case number. But it could be faster since NVC had closed due to weather the day after we got our case number. Then two business days after the AOS appeared, the IV bill appeared.

Hi all, joining this thread as we just got our emailed notification of NOA2!

I have so many questions as to what to do next. From reading this and other threads I know to wait a few days and then call the NVC to get our case#. Where is the number that I should be calling?

What is an IV package? Is that for an I-130 visa?

Where can I find the DS3032 EMAIL template?

THANKS

NVC's number is 603-334-0700. When you call and they have your case number, make sure you get that number and the IIN which is needed to sign into the payment portal.

The IV package is the DS-230 form along with the supporting documents (2 passport pics of beneficiary, copy of beneficiary's passport, beneficiary's birth certificate, marriage certificate, and beneficiary's police clearance certificate). You are going to need to send this in to NVC.

The template for the email version of DS-3032 can be found here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Your AOS fee should appear either tomorrow or Tuesday the latest (I said Monday, but then realised it's a holiday in the US). Then the IV bill should appear sometime early next week. Good luck!

Oh holiday again. How come I don't like holidays anymore? Hahaha. I hope it will be generated by tom. And oh, Matt got the co-sponsor docs already, it's 22pages. So, 68 pages (Matt's) and 22 pages. Hahaha. Have fun, NVC!!! :D

I have a question. Should I write my NVC case# on the top right coner of my DS-230? or this rule is good only for AOS packages?

And the other question: is it Fedex ok to send packages to NVC?

NO it is not necessary the cover sheet has that covered. You can use Fedex... It's cheaper and just as good with the one day service with USPS at under $20.00

Rule to write the NVC case number in AOS packages? I don't know about this. Can someone confirm this please.

I didn't write that, The barcode cover letter you attach should be all you need. I sent mine USPS priority mail flat rate envelope with delivery confirmation, cost $5.95 , delivered in 2 days.

I wrote the case number on ALL pages of my AOS package (minus the coversheet and cover letter) and ALL pages on my IV package (minus the coversheet and cover letter).

NVC suggests doing this so in case, for whatever reason, they lose a paper and someone finds it, if there's a case number on it, they'll know exactly what case it belongs to and can return it. It's not mandatory, but I would highly suggest it.

I'll quote an email I got from NVC concerning the DS-230, but it applies to both packages:

To avoid processing delays when returning documents to the National Visa Center:

Write the applicant's case number in the subject line of the e-mail when applicable, AND in the

upper right-hand corner of each page of every document.

• DO NOT send documents for ANY OTHER CASES attached to an e-mail.

• DO NOT send information for ANY OTHER CASES in the same envelope unless the NVC's

letter is attached to the front of each case's documents
