Thank you Vanessa&Tony you actually see it.

Good friends for many years it all changed after marriage.

Looks like you handled this with poise, friend so congratulations. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders and looked for input from those with experience despite being able to handle it well enough on your own. So that shows open-mindedness and lack of ego about it. Also good.

So she had a decent enough guy. She just took advantage of him.

It's sort of like getting shot in the gut with a cannon. The ball goes through you and it is long gone before the gut feels what hit it. Then it's not like you are going to recover any time soon.

So, as you are soldier! Soldier on and get it over with. At times like these, it's just one foot in front of the other. Making sure to eat right and sleep as best we can.

I've been there.

I'd be surprised if she was unable to get her removal of conditions on her own. From what you've said she cleared the bar to get it on her own. An adjudicator doesn't have anything to go on that I can see.

So we just forget about it and move on. People get away with things. I know you understand that. It's just good to reinforce the right things in a difficult time.

Take care and good luck.

Reaching out to her is out of the question she emailed me telling me she wishes not contact at this time. I do not wish to have order of protection put against me, stalking etc. As for anullment is up to the judge if fraud is determined then yes anullment will go through consummation means nothing people do the nasty without benefit of marriage. This is just a forum and I have been speaking with real attorneys in real time.

I do appreciate the input though.

Well I suppose if your wife deceived you in some way and you can prove that then of course you can get your marriage annulled.Attorneys cost money and in my experience, lawyers will fight any case if it means that they can get paid. I wish you the best.
