well I'am just an old red neck new to the computer and to uscis but no wounder people sneek across the us border doing it legal is such a ?>{}": but we try. what I aske of all of you out there is NVC has ds230 and aos for I130 and I129 on it's way as of jan 27 now any guess on approx. how long NVC will take to send papers to minla and then inform my wife I will return feb 11 for my annv. and stay till apr.advantage of being retired sorry young ones.Would like to bring mrs. home with me this time any close guess might help.

The whole process takes 8-10 months.. 5 months for USCIS and 2 months or so for NVC.. This of course is dependant on all paperwork filled out and done correctly..If you plan on going there for her go at the time she has her interview with the consulate... I am not sure about Phillipines but I know Republic of Georgia issues the visa in 1 day after approval at interview..

USCIS/I-130 approval - Approximately 5 months

NVC - Approximately 2 months (Could be much less if you have everything ready and respond super quick to all requests)

Interview Schedule will depend on how busy the Manila consulate is.

You say the I129F is on its way, it is rare the I129F will leave NVC however I strongly suggest you have your wife interview for the CR-1, even if it is slightly after the I-129F interview

Yes you are right canadian_wife,129F is pathway to K3 which is no longer used. I believe the 129F will be adminstratively closed and the I-130 continued.
