I know this post was a while ago but I have similar questions...

I filed my first I129f in June 2009...everything went through and my then fiancee came to the US we were married in March 2010...a year later we are not doing well and are filling for divorce...

Will it be a problem if I file another i-129f for my soon to be fiancee? I am still getting to know the individual but I see us wanting to do this sometime soon...do i have to wait any amount of time? When I say problem I mean is there a possibility that the new fiancee will get denied.

I would say he needs to find someone that truly loves him as opposed to just trying to find an internet wife. His last relationship ended in April and hes already Filing another app???
