Hey Coloso, yes I believe that means your card is getting processed!!!!

I sent in another SR yesterday and this CSR got it right.

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 30 days of the date of this letter.

That's all it said! So I set up a task for October 27.

Lets hope it's good news.

On September the 20th I made a called, I talked to a level one then she said something I can nnot review your case I am going to transfer you to a higher repre... I talked to the higher Representative and she didn't want to make the SR saying it was going to delay it.I got mad!!!!!!!!!!! Then she was you don't understand how it works, she said you want to do it anyhow, I told her Dear miss that's why I called to do the SR please do one,She made me wait fora long, I thought she was rude, Then Mr i did your SR. "in my mind you better lol" I really don't know what she did because I didn't received any updates or comfirmation number. Then I did one the 26th this a comfirmation number was recieved and a e-mail as well. Yesterday when I got home I see this letter from USCIS, I was ok maybe it was the notice that the first representative was talking about " a notice saying the 20th SR was done and the case was under review. But instead it said:

Congratulations! your petition to remove conditions has been approved on 09/23/2011. I think The first one was being rude but in the surface she was helping, and the SR done by second speeded it up.... Thank USCIS

USCIS it was not funny OK! Me-ha, Jeremy stay strong guys we will be here with you all the way through. Me, LLbeans, Alaskan, Jay dee and all of those whom has been approved. I guess is not a big of a differences being in the other side of river is just a big relieve but life continues.

Me and my wife are very happy.

Hey me-ha I didn't received an e-mail other than the Second SR notification. Didn't received a text or e-mail so far. Probably later... I am pretty sure you guys are next. Your card in special should be approved since they have sent you that e-mail so Expect a letter at any moment. I know.

I can't check it online because I have lost the biometric letter and I don't have the receipt number of the biometric letter. I have another receipt number but it is not usefull for the Check status. I will request the receipt number later to see how the status is like.

according to all of the ones who has a sent the package the 14 you can see a gap of 14 days approximately and based on that I calculated before the 20's days in september was goign to be the time fora tentative approval. Fortunatelyit was like that

Thank you, Alaskan, JeremyR, OBX, Llbeans, queuedup. I want to share this morning anecdote, After such a relieve me and my wife go to an appointment this morning. We have parked in parking space where supposedly was for employees only. Well we have parked before in there like twice for a very short time. I didn't considered it a big deal because we were going to be there only a short period of time plus we are bringing revenues to that office complex. We didn't know how serious it was until the gardian came and talked to us in a very but very disrespectful way, saying we have been there before and you guys should get out of here rignth now before I call the tow truck YOU GUYS GET OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW BEFORE I CALL THE TOW TRUCK!!!! without warnings or even saying you know you should not park in here or simple please get out of here... He was really loud and mad... In my mind I said you don't talk to a person who Just got approved !!!!! Like that, I just opened my big mouth and told him as many things as I could. O man it was even a bigger relieved than the one I had when the letter came.
