I received the email yesterday and text. The physical letter two days ago

This is getting really insane, I am yet to recieve anything from VSC , called them and all still nothing really dont know what to do anymore its going on the 8 month now

You might want to call USCIS to request a SR. hopefully that will help.

So I received an email from USCIS on Sautrday in reference to my Service Request....

"Dear :

On 09/20/2011 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

Caller indicated they are:

-- Applicant or Petitioner

Attorney Name:

-- Information not available

Case type:

-- CRI89

Filing date:

-- 02/18/2011

Receipt #:

Type of service requested:

-- Non-Delivery of Permanent Resident Card

The status of this service request is:

As of the date of this letter, your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) was in the initial stage of production. Your card will be sent to the address provided with this inquiry upon completion. We apologize for the delay in production of your card and any inconvenience it may have caused. Please allow at least 30 days for your new card to arrive before contacting customer service at the number below.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283."

Did anyone catch the mistake????

The inept Customer Service Representative put that my SR was for non delivery of GC.

That is how BOGUS these service requests are!

I think they are just automatic generated responses!

If a REAL person researched this information they would've seen that I did not received an approval so how could I be checking on the delivery of my GC, LOL!!!!!!!!

I showed my sister and she agreed SMH!

Either that or you're approved and your card genuinely is in production? That's certainly how I read it. So erm... Congrats.... Maybe?!

i think you are in the process to be approved or something. that's good news.

I still haven't receive any notices yet, She told she did it, I hope she did make the SR anyways.

Did they give you an acknowledgement number, with VSC at the end? If yes, she entered the SR...

The agent should have given it to you. If I were you, I'd call back and verify that a service request was actually made for you (and get it's number).....
