11/28/2008- Sent AOS Package (i-130, i-485, i-485a, i765, i-864, i693)

12/02/2008- NOA1

12/07/2008- RFE- Translation of birth certificate.

12/07/2008- Biometrics Appt for 01/03/2009, wondering if I will make to biometrics appointment since my Due Date was on 01/12/2009.

12/21/2008- Sent RFE

01/03/2009- Successful biometrics. (Had contractions throughout the whole appt.) Had my Son the same day after biometrics.

01/22/2009- EAD Approved

02/02/2009- Received EAD.

03/23/2009- Received appt for interview. 04/15/2009

04/15/2009- Interview lasted for less than 10 mins, and got approved! :)

ROC

02/02/2011- Sent ROC package.

Just remember -- tell the full truth. Your wife put you in a really tough position. She was abusive and they can't really do anything to her if you don't press charges, so don't be afraid to share that tidbit. It is important. You would have stayed even after she was bad to you so this just shows how "good faith" you've been.

11/07/08 (Day 17)- Biometrics Done Early walking in Norridge,Illinois

11/17/08 (Day 27)- Request for Evidence letter for I485 (they were asking for I94 Arrival record) It took 5 days to arrive online letter was sent 11/12/08

11/18/08 (Day 28)- Request Evidence is I94 sent along with I20,( I was a student), NON immigrant visa page on the passport, also, approval letter of F1 status, because i changed my status after i came to USA.

On April 25, 2011, we ordered production of your new card.

Yaay, so exciting! And, we didn't even need an interview!

I think we Vermonters are about 2 months from seeing any approvals. But hardy congratulations to our California brethren.:thumbs:

Well... After moving and getting my case transfered to VSC... I got an email today saying:
