K-1 Petition Finally Approved

Praise the Lord God almighty, Aleluia, our Petition was approved after a 7-month journey of wait, frustration, and sometimes anger. We never for a moment doubted that He was always going to be there for us. We knew it was just a matter of time, and His time. For those of you who are waiting anxiously for your own time, keep the faith. Believe it or not, I was on the phone long distance with a close relative of mine on Friday pouring out my heart about my anxiety and frustration with the unknown wait when I heard the beep on my phone. I glanced at the screen and saw the word "USCIS", so I excitedly said to him, "hold on for a minute". He said, "well, call me back". I said, "please hold on for just a minute, this is very important". He did. I read the message hurriedly over twice and just said to my God and myself, "thank you, Jesus", and got back to him and screamed into the phone, "our Petition has just been approved". He was happy and congratulated me and we talked for a few more minutes and he told me to call my fiancee right away, which I was going to do anyway. I called my fiancee in Australia (she is 17 hours ahead of me) at 6:30 am while she was still in bed. She woke up and I eased her into the situation so she wouldn't scream. She said she was just tired so I told her that she should start preparing because our Petition had just been approved a few minutes ago. She screamed into the phone and started crying with joy just loudly praising God, not even listening to anything else I was saying. I listened as I felt that inner peace from that success God had just brought us. We eventually prayed together on the phone (thanks to some inexpensive phone cards $5 gives me 3 hours on their house phone).

So my brothers and sisters, please be patient. Today it's me, tomorrow it will be you and the next day, somebody else.

I was on this forum before but for reasons unknown I couldn't get through and had to re-register, but I don't mind. I couldn't even access the administrator, thereby just compounding my frustration. For the future, in the event there is a repetition of such, give me an e-mail address to be able to contact the administrator.
