Question about the Visa after the interview(Ankara)

Hello,

My petition for my wife is finally complete according to NVC and am waiting an for an appointment date at the embassy in Ankara.

I want to know if anyone has had any experience with the embassy in Ankara. Also i have been told that it takes a long time after the interview date to get the visa (3-4 weeks)

Is there anything i can do to expediate the process so it doesnt take that long to get the Visa.( since i plan on going aswell and cant take that much time off from work)
