hello every one

i am about to file for i 751 . i have a question regarding the age difference between me amd my wife . my wife usc is 8 years older than me . do you guys think that the age difference of 8 years between me and wife will cause some kind of doubt in the examiner's mind ? i really want to avoid any interview or rfe . please reply . thank you.

Assuming that you adjusted status after marriage those concerns would have likely been raised at that point.

Now it's all about demonstrating a typical married life together. Follow the Guides here on VJ and you should be well prepared.

no not at all , but you need good evidence of your bona fide marriage, things togather, jointly, the age difference is not a problem.

no not at all. MY wife and I have a 25 yr diff. and we have filed for the I751 and have recieved her biometric appt. already
