Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

First, congratulations on a relatively speeding approval on your petition. My question is this though, in your timeline you list receiving an RFE that you claim is IMBRA related. Did you use the most current form for filing your petition? I thought that using this form was to preclude any RFE's for IMBRA related issues. It looks a bit confusing to me.

YES, I DID FILE WITH THE NEW FORM, AND I STILL RECEIVED AN IMBRA RFE...THEY SAID IT CAN HAPPEN SOMETIMES, AND I GUESS IT HAPPENED TO ME!! :(

I don't know if I want to cry or puke. VSC really has their act down, and CSC is infuriating. K-1 in July and approved already. I'm happy for you, but I miss my darling!!!!!!!!!

Our Federal gov't is incompetent to the point of criminality. They cashed my check quick, but that's it.

I'm so sorry for you and everyone else who is still waiting....I felt like you when I saw people who were approved in like a couple of weeks!! I know you've been waiting a lot longer than I, and believe me I will say prayers and keep my fingers crossed for all of you!! I'm here for support!! Trust me, not to gloat!
