Hello all!

I am canadian and married to a USC. My question...

We are preparing the AOS package and we have to fill the G-325A form.

On the one for my husband, it is asked that the applicant signs AND print his name. I am the applicant, but the info is the one of my husband. So who signs?

Also, the form has 2 pages. One the form in itself and the second one is the instruction. Should I send only the first one?

Thanks a lot!

Anne

You sign the G325A with your info, and he signs the G325A with his info. No need to send the instruction pages.

Also, this was posted in the wrong forum. In order for me to correctly place it, I need to know what you are adjusting from: either a tourist/work/student visa, or a K1 visa.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)
