Okay everyone. I just checked my status on DHL and it says that my fiance's passport is now with DHL in Dorval, so we are expecting to be here Monday.

Please check all your statuses.

I went to the Dorval branch and waited for the delivery, just hoping my passport was in the bunch. It was and I was able to collect it! There must have been about 100 packages that the guy brought in. They were scanning everything at about 7:15 pm which is what the DHL website says. The reference number does work, but it only does once the DHL office gets it first. Good luck to everyone still waiting on their passport and visa. I hope it's not too much longer!

ETA: Just checked the visa website and it now has the waybill number. I guess there's no information until it actually reaches that Dorval DHL branch.

Yay congrats!

If it says it's at Dorval, you can go pick it up. I believe you need two forms of ID so they know it's definitely you. :)

The wait is finally over!

Our status hasnt updated yet. How are all of you that interviewed way after us getting yours so soon? its not making sense.

Have you called DOS? If they say it is printed then you need to get a hold of Montreal, I would guess your package fell through the cracks somewhere.

I used our reference number to track our visa on the DHL website. the DHL waybill number wasn't updated on the visa website. DHL has a tracking option for reference and that should be the # that you're given when you registered.

We have called the dos and it's been printed and in his passport since ye 14th. Our reference number doesn't give any help on the dhl website. It says no information for this reference number. We have tried calling montreal but they are unwilling to help. I am getting very frustrated and just want my fiancé here a our new home. It almost seems as if they gave us the wrong reference number or something.
