When does the embassy send a letter saying that my wife needs to go to st. lukes for her medical exam?????

Unfortunately...I didnt received any letter or call from the Philippine embassy saying that I can go to St. Lukes. If you do have the NVC letter saying that your case is now transfer to Manila, wait for 1-2 weeks and schedule an interview as well as proceed to St LUkes for medical. This is what I did :)

my SO just finished hers yesterday. We still dont have an appointement even though Manila has had our case for a week, they havnet opened the box it is in is what i was told by a rep at the embassy.

You Just need the letter from NVC and you can go to take the medical. you dont need an appointment for that.

So ur saying u cant go until u receive the leteer and instructions from the nvc or embassy? the nvc has been in contact with me thru email so maybe they will send it to us that way or the embassy wil do that?

what i had my wife do was wait until towards the end of the NVC process (around when the immigrant visa application form is submitted). she brought a copy of her NOA2 letter to the medical. if you're waiting for a letter before your SO gets the medical done, it'll be when you receive your interview appointment letter in your email. that letter will state on there what's needed to be done.

you have (2) options: 1. if your USC fiancee already got a letter from NVC with your case MNL or case number on it just ask him to scan it then forward it to your email then print it out, take that form with you and go to St. Lukes for your medical then schedule your interview online or through phone if you already pass the medical which will run for two days :) or vice versa set an interview first print the interview confirmation letter then proceed with your medical exam :) one tip : when you schedule your interview through phone just tell the agent that you already got the letter from the USembassy stating that you can schedule your appointment online so they won't reject you. I did experienced this before so the next time I called I told them that I already have my letter but I did not :P 2. after your USC fiancee received his NOA2 but with out your MNL or case number on it you can try calling the NVC after 2 weeks and ask for your case number :) then you can proceed to St. Lukes and just provide your case number to them :) they will just put there a note saying that you will proceed with your medical exam but with out an interview schedule yet. I hope this information will help you somehow :) DON'T WAIT FOR THE LETTER COMING FROM THE USEMBASSY MANILA SAYING THAT YOU CAN PROCEED WITH YOUR MED EXAM AND INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never got this letter up to present and I'm already flying to the States by Feb 11 :P you won't be needing this letter when you go to your interview just the confirmation sheet with you interview schedule on it and a valid I.D that's it!!! If you still need any advice just ask here in VJ we will be glad to help you!!! GOOD LUCK TO BOTH OF YOU GUYS :)

We never got a letter from USE Manila for a schedule to go to St Lukes even after 2 weeks NVC sent us an email for my parents interview schedule.

So what I did was let my parents go to St. Lukes with the print out email letter from NVC stating that they have an interview schedule. And they were able to have their medical. The email that NVC gave you that you are case complete with the MNL case # is enough for your fiancee to have her medical done. :)
