Thanks guys

Guys I have quesiton please shed some light.

When I filed my I-130, for some reason they put my last name same as first and same thing with my fathers name First name, middle, first name. I did called USCIS and fixed it but it still shows on my NVC letter First Name, Middle name, First name.

I called NVC and when they ask you to confirm name/last name before they can answer any question. I said my correct name and last name not the one on the paper they did not say anything. Should I be concern.

In the email that my dad signed and will sent (choice of address and agent) has all correct information.

Hi, guys,

Has anyone who had their case forwarded to NVC after 2/23 *not* gotten their case # yet? I hope I'm not the only one in this (sinking) boat!

Just learned from a lawyer that sending AOS and IV packages separately usually cause more turnaround time with NVC than sending them together. I thought it was a two independent track process. Not sure who's right, but know as a fact that so far I've never been disappointed with lawyer's suggestions.

According to here: http://www.visajourn...lombia&dfile=No it looks like it's only a month or two from CC to interview for Columbia.

well, yeah..that may be the case, but why the huge timeline gap between nvc received and nvc left for mostly everyone on that list? They all cant surely be slackers right? Something seems awry at that consulate..
