thank you Charles People that are actually going through a visa process can say what they want, but I know this guys type. I have been on a few message boards and can smell a fake from a mile away.

06-08-2010: Married in Nicaragua

07-10-2010: I-130 application submitted

07-24-2010: NOA1 with priority date of 7-18-2010

11-02-2010: Cases Transferred to Texas

11-24-2010: Both cases touched

01-17-2011: Got pissed off and wrote letter to Congressman Sarbanes

01-19-2011: Received response from Congressman telling us the case had been assigned to an officer and to wait 45-60 days.

01-27-2011: NOA2? FINALLY!!!

02-08-2011: Case sent to NVC

02-10-2011: NVC Case Numbers received

02-10-2011: Received email form Consulate in Managua stating that they would request our case from NVC so that we can do all the NVC paperwork with the Consulate and skip the NVC processing wait.

Finally got the affirmation email that my case had been shipped to the NVC, and the blue dot on the USCIS website moved to post decision activity. As most of you know I received the hardcopy of my NOA2 on 11/23, but I think this time it is for real!!! I will call NVC in the next day or two. Hoping to hear I have a case number. I went through the drill of waiting 15 business days, scanned my NOA2, sent it to NVC, blah, blah, after my petition was supposedly approved back in November. Now, 77 days later, I hope this latest email is for real!!

NATURALIZATION

02/25/2014 - Eligibility date.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

10/30/2014 - Naturalization Certificate arrived in mail (was not folded)

we got the same email last night too... yay! funny story... i woke up this am irritated, realizing i had just had a dream that i got that email, and i couldn't get the NVC website to open which is where i was going to get my NVC number (not sure we can even do it thru the website, but it was just my dream)... after getting really frustrated with technology issues, i finally got into the NVC website, and found that the case going to the NVC was FOR MY HUSBAND'S BROTHER!! lolol. and not only that, they spelled the brother's name wrong. and the case number started with WIN instead of MTL, which made me realize that our consulate would be Winnipeg instead of Montreal, which isn't even an option! i went completely hysterical in my dream, realizing that after almost 8 months and finally getting to NVC, it was for "Jamey" not "Nick" and TSC didn't even realize that Winnipeg isn't a viable consulate. ha ha ha ha!! okay i can laugh now, but man was i upset! :wacko:

No, we got no email or confirmation. There was also one person who had NOA2 date of 01/31/2011 also shipped. It seems we missed out last night, but I remain hopeful for tonight.

In email from TSC earlier in the week, we were promised to be shipped by Friday.

I notice you are a K3 also, with TWO packets to be sent, maybe they have different stuff to do with K3's, which takes a day tor two longer.

I have not received the hard copy of my approval. I called yesterday at NVC (IT is really easy to talk to customer service, no hold), and I asked her if we will get priority because our case took around 7 months to get approved, and she told me "no". They have not received my case yet. How long I have to wait for my hard copy and to get transferred to NVC? Thanks
