Timosha and Aj your AOS packets arrived on 2/22 mine arrived on 2/24 so hopefully on the 10th they'll be reviewing my AOS. That's about a 2 week time until it's entered into the system good to know. OMG we're almost near the finish line. :wow:

Yes. They are taking 2 weeks to enter it into the system.

07/19/10: I-130 mailed

USCIS

07/21/2010: Priority Date

07/29/2010: Check cashed

08/03/2010: NOA1 hard copy received

11/03/2010: Case transferred from CSC to TSC

2/7/2011: NOA2 approved

2/9/2011: NOA2 updated online

2/12/2011: NOA2 hardcopy received

NVC

2/15/2011 - NVC Case # assigned - e-mail ids given

2/16/2010- AOS Fee bill generated - AOS fee paid online - status - in process - e-mailed DS 3032

2/17/2011 - AOS Fee - Status - PAID

2/18/2011 - DS 3032 accepted

2/20/2011 - IV Bill generated - IV fee paid online - Status - In process

2/21/2011 - AOS package overnight mail sent

2/24/2011 - IV Bill - Status - PAID

3/02/2011 - IV Package Sent

3/03/2011 - IV Package delivered

3/08/2011 - AOS entered into the system - Also received a false RFE for IV package

3/23/2011 - RFE generated

3/25/2011 - SIF and CC

5/4 - 5/5 - Medical

5/6 - VFS Office Visit

5/24/2011 - Interview-passed

5/26/2011 - Passport and Sealed Envelope collected from VFS Office

6/18/2011 - POE - arrived safely

6/28/2011 - SSN received

7/16/2011 - Received Welcome letter

7/22/2011 - GC received

thank you Charles People that are actually going through a visa process can say what they want, but I know this guys type. I have been on a few message boards and can smell a fake from a mile away.

Bro thanks for the tip- I had no idea! I called the IRS this morning to request the transcript, the operator said it ought to arrive via mail in 7 business days or less.

My AOS fee status has changed to "PAID"

No other correspondence from NVC yet... :whistle:

USCIS - 203 days

08/09/2010: NOA1 (I-130) Received text & email with case number

02/28/2011: Received NOA2 hard copies of approval for I130 and I129F

NVC

03/02/2011: NVC Case Number Assigned, received IIN #

06/06/2011: AOS and IV received at NVC

06/21/2011: NVC Case Complete

08/24/2011: Embassy Interview

09/14/2011: Visa granted

09/18/2011: POE Houston!!!

Total time from beginning to end: 406 days (1 year, 1 month, 10 days)

hi .. good that u have finished u will just rest to few weeks till the case reviewed

how did u send them together..did u send it in separated envoulops with diffrenet mail addresses

or u enclose the two packages in their envoulop into a big envolope to the same address plz vareify

and what type of usps u have used? is it expedite or normal or ...

I sent them in two separate USPS priority envelope.

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

Marriage : 2010-06-27

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-07-14

Transferred to Blackhole : 2010-11-02

NOA2 : Feb 15, 2011

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

3/28/11 - DS-230 in the system and SIF

3/29/11 - Case Completed at NVC

4/13/11 - Interview date assigned

5/17/11 - Interview- Approved

5/18/11 - Passport & Visa Picked up from VFS Delhi

5/31/11 - POE (JFK)

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

yeah...IV bill still showing in process. Damn...I should have paid it on the 4th.

Same here xelance, same here. Hope that later today we can send our IV pack as soon as we have the cover sheet.

Just got home from the post office to send out my AOS package and my iphone email tone went off. DS-3032 was accepted and IV Packet (DS-230) generated. So happy to pay NVC. Everything is moving along smoothly so far.

"We survived TSC."

07/08/2010: USCIS Priority Date: NOA1

11/02/2011: TSC Blackhole..

02/11/2011: Approved! Received Email Notification

NVC

03/02/2011: NVC Case # Assigned and received IIN #.

04/04/2011: Sign in failed. Final Review. Case Complete!

04/15/2011: Shipped to Embassy

Embassy/Consulate

04/18/2011: Embassy received

04/26/2011: Medical Day 1

04/27/2011: Medical Day 2 Immunization Passed!

05/11/2011: Interview Approved!

05/17/2011: Visa Received!

06/13/2011: POE SFO

06/23/2011: Received Green Card

Lifting of Conditions

03/19/2013: Mailed I-751

03/21/2013: NOA date
