Maybe we should have a FAQ on this or something and it's hard for me to look through all the forum to find an answer to this question :)

I got my NOA2 approval on Feb 17th and I called the automatic service at NVC today and they are still saying that my USCIS case number is not in the system. I got transferred to texas and back to california so I believe I was sent from CSC.

Who should I call and can anyone be kind enough to give me an email or ph number for CSC or TSC or NVC? I really appreciate it in advance

I don't know about CSC or TSC, but NVC's phone number is 603-334-0700. Press 1 for English and then 5 for an operator.

It's official..I spoke to an operator & our case is no more being handled by NVC. They shipped our case to Madras Embassy for further processing on March 4th on the basis of our expedite request(USCIS Error). So the rest part of the process will be handled by US Embassy Madras. Hoping for the best. :bonk::bonk:

finally after approval on january 13th, they sent me an email saying they finally approved it and sent it to nvc on february 23rd, and assigned an nvc number on march 4, 2011, if you'd like to add me to the spreadsheet, I really think they approve it as to meet their deadline goals, then actually approve it 40 odd some days later, it sucks but it is what it is and I am now at the nvc. good luck to all in the same damn boat.

Hello everyone,

I called to today and gave the operator our email addresses, and I got the invoice ID number. Am I good to e-mail the DS-3032 as long as I have a NVC case number and a invoice ID number?

Thanks

Did you ask for an expedite? I really doubt they would do it without asking, regardless of what the Alert posted on USCIS website said.
