How can i find out that TSC has shipped my case to NVC? If anyone willing to share their knowledge, i really appreciate.

USCIS JOURNEY

07-26-2010: I-130 package mailed.

07-30-2010: Package delivered.

08-11-2010: Money Order Cashed by USCIS.

08-13-2010: Touched

08-16-2010: Received NOA1 hard copy.

08-01-2010 is My Priority Date

11-02-2010 and 11-03-2010 Touched:Maybe for case transfer to Texas Service center

11-04-2010 Touched.

11-24-2010 Touched.

02-15-2011 RFE..Waiting for paper to come in Snail Mail.

02-16-2011 RFE.Response.

02-22-2011 Paper delivered to TSC.Waiting to hear something from TSC.

03-01-2011 RFE Resonse Review status at USCIS website.

03-04-2011 NOA 2

I-130 was approved in 215 days from NOA1 date.

NVC JOURNEY:

03-14-2011 Approved I-130 shipped to NVC.

03-16-2011 NVC received file but not entered in system

03-17-2011 NVC Case number assigned and IIN number received.

03-17-2011 DS-3032(Choice of Agent)Email to NVC,waiting for email to be approved.

03-18-2011 AOS fees paid,Transaction in process.waiting for PAID status.

03-21-2011 AOS Status PAID.

03-22-2011 AOS Packet mailed via usps.

03-22-2011 DS-3032 Email Accepted/IV Bill generated/Paid IV fee.

03-24-2011 AOS Packet delivered at NVC.

04-04-2011 AOS Approved.

04-08-2011 IV packet sent to NVC Via USPS.

04-11-2011 IV packet delivered at NVC.

04-13-2011 Expedite Request accepted by Mumbai Consulate

04-15-2011 Case file has been shipped to Mumbai consulate via DHL Express Mailing.

06-03-2011 Interview date/APPROVED

thank you Charles People that are actually going through a visa process can say what they want, but I know this guys type. I have been on a few message boards and can smell a fake from a mile away.

The only way I now is that you must email Mrs. Angela(Angela.Barrows@dhs.gov) and you will have the answer. Good luck.

06.01.2011 - Welcome letter arrived :)

06.04.2011 - 10 year GC received by mail :)

Hi saylin. in ur sheet NVC Processing Times. DTC ..D means date NVC received. received what ? our files..or we received our case#.

what did u get in ur case do u call the operator today. Good Luck

Hi & good morning to all,

I just realized that the pictures my husband took ar not 2x2, does anyone know if that will be an issue....? they're 1.5 x 1.5....

With all the emphasis the DOS places on camera angle, background, glasses, headgear, etc... I would think, yes - size does matter.

NATURALIZATION

02/25/2014 - Eligibility date.

03/03/2014 - N-400 package mailed.

03/11/2014 - Check cashed.

03/14/2014 - NOA received.

04/09/2014 - Biometrics.

04/28/2014 - In-Line for Interview - 6 hours later Interview Scheduled!!

05/02/2014 - Interview Letter received. (Mailed on 29 April)

05/26/2014 - 3 year anniversary.

06/02/2014 - Interview. PASSED!

09/11/2014 - Oath Ceremony.

09/16/2014 - Updated driver licence and registered to vote.

10/08/2014 - Updated Social Security

10/14/2014 - Applied for U.S. Passport

10/27/2014 - U.S. Passport arrived in mail (13 days - DID NOT expedite)

10/30/2014 - Naturalization Certificate arrived in mail (was not folded)

MY IMMIGRATION JOURNEY IS OFFICIALLY FINISHED!!

I take the date NVC assigns a case number. Some people don't have this in their signatures, so I then take the date that NVC receives their file.

I'm thinking it might be. I know USCIS doesn't mind if the size is wrong since I had submitted a Canadian size picture and they accepted it. NVC, on the other hand, might issue an RFE. So save a few weeks because of a RFE and take the extra day to get the right sizes from your husband.

If you search VJ you'll read all over the place "it depends" just like the whole sending in evidence with the I130, if the processor is nice and in a good mood you'll be lucky. My husband's photos are 2inx1.5in (lxw) In a passport (universally) it's rare that the photo is an exact square and even so 2 in wide is rather big if you think about it. I'll let you know if I get a RFE or not (hopes not!!!)

NVC (33 days from #assigned to CC)
02.17.2011 Case number assigned 02.18.2011 Case # & INN received. Gave email addresses. Emailed DS 3032. Paid AOS Fee 02.22.2011 AOS Fee appeared as paid. Mailed AOS. DS 3032 accepted 02.24.2011 AOS received. IV bill generated and paid 02.25.2011 IV bill fee appeared as paid. any news on IV fees ? did you pay it ? is it paid yet.

I paid mine on March 3 , still in process , should it take that long ? Anyone ?

I think it took quite a while for me for the status to change from in progress to paid

Is this siz equal to 5cm X 5cm
