Hi SqdnGuns,

Our case was expedite to the embassy too, I just got the notice....so what do I do now? What did they tell you to do? Because I have the AOS packet and everything here in America along with my wife's DS-230 forms. Do I send them back to the embassy? Thanks!

The NVC people just told me to call the embassy...

Everything is handled by the Embassies Visa unit now. Find the e-mail address to the Embassy and send them an inquiry and be sure to include to include this in the Subject line:

EXPEDITE APPROVED "your case number" "beneficiary name"

Do not send anything until the embassy contacts you or your wife.

Maybe we can get away without paying as well.....................WISHFUL THINKING

GREAT NEWS !!!! Just called the AVR (again) and now they have an NVC number for us... woohooo !!!!:dance:

Let me make sure I have this correct... Now, I need to....

1. Call operator... get IIN and give email addresses.

2. Send DS-3032 email (from "her" email of of course ;)

3. Log in and pay AOS fees (print barcode)

4. Send I-864 (with barcode)

5. Pay IV fees (print barcode)

6. Send IV Packet (with barcode)

This is correct, right??? A few days ago, I sent in an expedite request... so, hopefully steps 4 and 6 can be eliminated... but... either way.... we are moving (finally).

CONGRATS Erick!! +! for the team

Hi All,

I have a question about documents needed to be send with DS-230.

Two passport-style photographs (2X2 inches) of the beneficiary. - GOOD

Completed and signed form DS-230 Part I by the beneficiary- GOOD

Completed and unsigned form DS-230 Part II by the beneficiary - GOOD

Photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic data page - GOOD ( Certified )

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate - Not Sure ( Only have Certified Copy not Original, is tat OK ? )

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s and petitioner’s marriage certificate - GOOD ( original )

Original police certificate(s) of the beneficiary - GOOD ( Original )

IS that ok if Birth Certificate is Certified ?

Thanks in Advance.

I have a question about docs.

I only have a Certified Copy of beneficiary's birth certificate ? would that be enough ?

Rest all are original ( Marriage ceritficate , Passport pcc )

That's fine. It has to either be the original OR certified copy. I submitted a certified copy of my birth certificate since I don't know where my original is, never seen it.
