CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues

Yes, but 90 days - that's three months. I can't believe it will actually take that long. I have a good feeling that TSC are getting more organised. I am truly hoping for the 15 days they quote. Our expedite is ready and waiting for NVC.

I notice CSC takes between 5 and 7 days to get the petitions up to NVC. It just is not fair.

Yes, they said 90 days but I want to believe that it will only take a month! I wish it were less but I guess I will take what I can!

I hope NVC handles your expedite better than TSC did!

Only 22 more days until the 90 days are up since my NOA2.

We may need to pester our eleted officials again. 90 days is much too long to wait. We've already waited enough because of this CSC to TSC mishap. When are these people gonna get it together?

aha, I know Mike said that but what about other guys who were approved?

As far as I know, all approved people got an email from TSC that their case has been shipped to NVC. so we have to wait for another email. hopefully within a month from NOA2.

hey guys, iam really fed up with these injustices, I was just told that my case was shipped to NVC ever since I got approved, but they had to wait to tell me 25 days before the 90 days are up, so now i have to solve this with NVC and guess what NVC repeats they do not have a record of my case. I feel like I have been screwed, I do not know what to do. The lady, tier 2 of USCIS said that she is going to put a request to follow up with my case and I should get an answer of what's going on with my case in the next 2 to 3 weeks. I just want to cry my eyes out, this is like telling me I won the prize but I can not get it because it might have gotten lost in the mail. Seriously what should I do, I can not take this anymore, what can I do??? :( why so long .... I would have rather waited for the NOA2 this long than the actual transfer from USCIS to NVC...God help us all...

Oh I know what you mean!! I'm also very sad and mad about it! How come people from TSC fly to NVC and we are stuck somewhere for so long. I'm sure TSC holds our approved petitions, but why? Why? Why? What is wrong with them? Do we need to contact senators again? We contacted uscis and nvc and no one knows what's going on, and where those petitions are! :( :( we are just told to wait, but cmon for what??? CSC seems to have no problems forwarding them to nvc, but TSC is a bunch of losers! Gggggrrrrr we have wasted 20 days already for nothing! :( That's so unfair!! All this from the very beginning has been so unfair. I thought at nvc things will move faster, yeah right! :(

I believe NVC tell you truth. They don't see your case in their system and they can not do anything. it is obviuos that TSC holds approved cases for some unknown reason. They may ship some cases after 40 days but it seems that they kept majority of cases. in this situation, we need to find out why USCIS TSC hold all transferred and approved petitions?? senator may help but i don't know how to explain. because senator office said your petition approved why are you complaining?? I don't know what else we can do!!!

I have a feeling that after approval TSC sends petitions back to CSC and they confirm the approval and just then send it to NVC. Otherwise how can you explain such as "after processing" which Dantes received and reaching NVC just in 40days or so, when all normal petitions from CSC reach NVC very fast??? I really don't know any other explanation for that :( All this process makes me sick already!

Dan,

If TSC does not forward your application to NVC after 90 days, I would sugest you file a form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition. It cost you $405, but it will force TSC to send you application to NVC. I wish I could be more helpful. At this this time, all we can do is pray for each other because only GOD can get us out of this mess.

I would gladly volunteer to drive to Mesquite, Texas, and deliver the approved petitions to Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Ok guys I want to shed a little hope...I was approved on the 10th of January and I just recieved this email...

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity On February 3, 2011, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

So I am assuming they have sent it to NVC and I should have a casr number in a few days...I will update you when I recieve my case #...

This is VERY, VERY good news. It MAY show that TSC are getting their act together on this. It's kind of made my day!!

Thanks! good.gif
