Yes, you can email it. And yup, the first three letters are the embassy/consulate code and then 10 digits. And yup, the IIN is 8 digits.

Sarah,

I am trying to make sure whether DS-3032 email can be send before getting any email from NVC?

I got NVC#, INN# yesterday, gave emails however not received any emails from NVC but

send the DS-3032 today, so did I do correct? NVC Web page was saying DS-3032 has been sent!

Seem you did all in one day, so did you get any email from NVC before sending DS-3032?

Thanks

Hey Congrats everyone on NVC numbers WoooHooo!!!!!!

I got the case numbers on a Friday and sent the email (from my husbands email hahaha he couldn't tell you the process of CR1 visas if you tortured him) DS3032 right away and paid right away. Then it was a 3 day weekend (first time in my life I was mad about that lol) and on Monday the AOS bill appeared as paid I printed the barcode and sent the packet, and I got an email saying welcome to the NVC follow these steps blah blah blah. But I had already sent the COA so I was ahead of the game (thanks to Saylin) I think on Wednesday or Tuesday (refer to my timeline) I got an email saying we got your COA email IV bill appeared and I paid it and today Friday it appeared as paid and I printed the barcode and mailed the DS230 packet! All in one week. So get your packs together!!!
