lets not give this troll more ammunition.. I shouldn't have posted anything on behalf of a person who doesnt have a life that wants to post to get a rise out of people. This person isn't going through any visa process, just a troll who has multiple aliases at this point.

Holy smokes.

I got a reply from David Badger:

"Please give me a few days to resolve this issue with the CSC.

I do not know why we sent this case to California instead of to the NVC after it was approved.

It was our mistake.

Please give me a few days to reach the CSC and resolve the case and get it to the correct location-the NVC.

I apologize for the delay.

David Badger"

WHAT THE F.

This is what scares me, seems like they have no idea what they are doing!!!! I also got an email from David today, but he said this:

Ms. ************

We physically sent this approved I-130 to the NVC on 2/8.

Let me double check with them.

David Badger

So I hope they really have sent it to NVC, not CSC!!!! Oooohhhh...

I think that your case really was sent to the NVC because I never got an email saying it was shipped off. And now it's in California- geez Louise. My congressman will find out about this!

Question to ppl who have started NVC: on the AOS, do I put the case # on the corner of each sheet of the form? (I'm keeping myself distracted by making sure everything on the forms is perfect!)

Yup, you put your case number on the top right of every document. Just don't put it on the cover sheet with the barcode and the cover letter (if you include one).

Maybe that's just for additional sheets. I would still put the case number as well though. I doubt it would hurt.

In correspondence I got from NVC, they state:

To avoid processing delays when returning documents to the National Visa Center:

Write the applicant's case number in the subject line of the e-mail when applicable, AND in the

upper right-hand corner of each page of every document.

• DO NOT send documents for ANY OTHER CASES attached to an e-mail.

• DO NOT send information for ANY OTHER CASES in the same envelope unless the NVC's

letter is attached to the front of each case's documents

Oh ya, 6-8 weeks is a common timeframe for NVC. The operators have timeframes as well. "Please wait 20 business days for a package to be reviewed." But it's all lies laughing.gif They just want to cover their behinds if something goes wrong. You're smart to not believe them ;)
