I'll be waiting :)

It took a few days after my interview date was scheduled for the AVR to update that the case was shipped out.

Thanks Jenny, but is time for us to take the lead and do not let them send the papers after 3 weeks after CC or interview date was assigned. We will fight this since is a payed service and is finished. Is enough TSC error, NVC asking BS things and delayed our CC and now this. We will have till the interview date over 310 days and this is to much. We had enough, the cup is full and we can not stand any more this BS. They are incompetent.

They do not now about the packs sent by NVC. Is the NVC job, and "we do not have anything to do with that". So in my opinion DOS is useless. :(

That's weird. They should be able to see on their screens when/if the package was sent and when it arrives. After I tracked my package on DHL, I called DOS to ask if it was there and the operator confirmed with me it was. Well, your wife can always try NVC again.

The RFE is for two things. First, it appears you made a mistake on the question about previous addresses. Second is about police certificates. Have you lived anywhere else besides the Philippines?

I don't know how police certificates work in the Philippines, but in Canada our police certificates search a national database, so we only need one police certificate for all of Canada. Perhaps it's different in the Philippines though. You should use the search tool and see how police certificates work in the Philippines.

Congrats to those who have their interview dates assigned and those who have already gone through their interviews!

According to the operator yesterday, our date was finally assigned and it is May 16!

Best of luck for those still waiting. Hang in there and be patient; your turn will come soon too!

Congrats.

Got the interview date email. May 9th.

SWEET

Got email, Interview 4/25/11. excited!!

Congrats!!

But looking at your signature, your case was sent out last week. Try getting your wife to call again, maybe even DOS too, and ask the same thing. The operator she spoke to might have given the wrong info.

 This is probably the case.
