I never got any email from USCIS, so I am assuming it's sitting in a storage room somewhere. Ugh it's so frustrating. Makes me want to cry...

It's confirmed ours is still in Texas, and now with no idea when it will get sent out. After a huge promise last week, they now say it's on a desk, but they are really busy.....

I just despair....

That is f&&&&ked up. Did you reply with the email she sent you stating that she would take care of it? tell her your going to post it to my blog as well........LOL

Yeah, we're on it Wade, and hoping against hope someone there will have a heart and get it done today.

It's getting really wearing having to battle each and every day for a service we have paid good money for.

If not you could be looking at June or early July

before you get your interview date. Is your US Embassy

backed up ? YOU can write to ACS American Citizens Services

and ask the time frame for CR-1 of available dates.

Come on TSC send their file to NVC ASAP

I just received the NVC number. I am happy at the same time concerned about our friends who are waiting for it. I did get an e-mail from USCIS that my files were shipped to NVC on Feb 10th.

Make sure they send your file to NVC

and didnt forget you like many others

TSC cant handle the pressure and will fail to make it if they

keep crashing and buring with promises they dont keep. TSC

needs help Big TIME

First I tried AVR. When the number was assigned, to confirm it I also talked with a human. Yeah, I want the system work for all our VJ family.
