So out of USCIS, NVC and New Delhi consulate. Consulate is the worst! There is no one there to help offer information. The receptionist staff transfers your call while your still trying to explain why your calling (while you're still talking) and transfer you to a line that no one answers. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on you x 3 times. BY FAR the worst experience so far!!

I was up late last night (due to time difference) calling then trying to get a hold of someone which I wasn't able to and then tried again at 4am today only to be told "well we are going to close soon (they close at 5) so maybe that's why no one is answering that line" WOW! What great work ethics!

I was so upset I almost cried! I then called DOS who told me they just put my case into the computer today and sent out information regarding "packet 3" I asked if it's via email or regular she did not know.

So I have no option but to try calling the embassy again tonight.

Oh I tried email too, but they are outsourced to a VFS center, who knows nothing.

So frustrated!

If the case left today, then you have to use the reference code for yesterday's date, so EXP 06 APR 2011A. If that doesn't work, try for dates around the one your case left on.

EDIT: Found one with reference number EXP 06 APR 2011A heading to Pakistan. The tracking number is: 8770507130

who give the interview date.ISB embassy or NVC give it to ISB embassy

If expedited: case is shipped and then US embassy schedules interview date

If no expedite: NVC schedules interview date and then case is shipped

The AVR just says my case was completed on 3/28/2011 and to allow 8 weeks. So I guess my case has not yet been forwarded.

No, your case hasn't been forwarded yet. If your expedite request gets approved, then your case will be forwarded. If it's not approved, then you have to wait for an interview date to be assigned, and then the case will be shipped.

When you call NVC AVR, and it says your case has been completed and sent to embassy on .....If not, yur case is still with NVC. I looked at your timelines, and it says your case has been accepted for expedites. Are you? You should call NVc and talk to an operator about your case.
