I agree, but we dont want to badger the staff..as you pointed out earlier, it could cause harm to us rather than good.

I just sent a short email to Angela Barrows- how long does she usually take to reply?...

When I called NVC yesterday the woman told me to scan my approval letter and email it to the NVC research email (which I'm sure a lot of you were told to do) and then I got frustrated and typed up yet another letter to send to my congressman. I put it in the mail today so I hope to hear something back within a few days.

I knew in my gut that getting our NOA2s wasn't going to get us anywhere quickly.

Question: of all the people whose petitions were approved this year, how many have received their NVC case #s?...

Did they send you an email that your case was actually shipped to NVC?

I was approved on february 9th and I have yet to be shipped. I know its not as long as you guys, but this is really strange...Angela said it would be shipped friday as well.

We were approved same date, Xelance. Pls keep us posted when you do get your case number.

In 1st one they said they would search for it and contact uscis, in the second one when we sent it, they said they have already gotten one from us... hummm...

I worry a LOT about TSC. I REALLY hope they shipped your case when they said they did. I'm astonished some cases are going through to NVC normally, and some are not. I'm surprised none of us have has heart attacks.

Thanks Timosha, we are trying to be patient, but as you know it is so hard, esp when we have no idea what is going on... If i knew our case was in NVC, i could just relax and wait as much as it takes, but since we have no idea if TSC has really sent our case... I hope they have, we even got that email on the 8th, but not sure now since many of you guys got case numbers and we still havent. Huuummm...

I never got any email from USCIS, so I am assuming it's sitting in a storage room somewhere. Ugh it's so frustrating. Makes me want to cry...
