VAL & GARY

I'M sure Denice has it sitting under all her files..WHY ?

It was with my file and when the all people Vj from my e mail

address started e mailing Denice she was bombed and had many inquries

and sure enough its under Denice file on her desk waiting for process

and never sent to the files for shipment to NVC.

I put my thoughts that it all comes down that Denice has it some place buried

under 35,500 files still waiting and being transfered, lost and every thing

else. I'm probably right 100% sure of it. If it was approved the day after

mine why wasnt it with mine the 27 to NVC when they showed ME in the sytem.

Because Denice didnt keep it and get it to shipping to forward it to NVC.

SO it placed someplace under 100's of others...I bet you this.It why Angela

can reply they cant find your file they are looking for it some place or it

was sent to CSC and you dont know it yet or what other many places it can be.

I'm sure I would be calling Denice and E mailing her like crazy and

inquiring where my file 3 week later after you apporved its not a NVC WHERE IS IT ? ? ?

Just my thoughts, but I bet you I'm right

Good LUCK

I emailed both Angela and Denise over the weekend.

Angela replied today. she said that it was a good thing that I had emailed her about the lack of transfer to NVC.

Myyyy petition approved on 1-14 -2011 had hit a "snag".

Sure enough I just got a text and email from TSC and my case status is updated to show today as the day it was sent to NVC.

"On February 14, 2011, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

I surely hope that this is the real thing!!

Good luck, and prayers everyone.

Rickey.

We got the same email saying our case was sent to nvc on the 8th, but most of the people who were sent on the 8th got their nvc case numbers already and we haven't :( I hoped we would get it yesterday but nothing. So I'm not sure now if our case was really sent to nvc on the 8th? Hummm...

Those who were sent on the 8th, when did you get that email? We got it on the 9th saying our case was sent to nvc on the 8th. It has been 33 days already without nvc case number! :(

When I called NVC yesterday the woman told me to scan my approval letter and email it to the NVC research email (which I'm sure a lot of you were told to do) and then I got frustrated and typed up yet another letter to send to my congressman. I put it in the mail today so I hope to hear something back within a few days.

I knew in my gut that getting our NOA2s wasn't going to get us anywhere quickly.

Question: of all the people whose petitions were approved this year, how many have received their NVC case #s?...

Well, we're a bit worried and a bit annoyed here, just as you are. It seems that we are stuck in a little batch that has not been sent to the NVC. It seems the last batch of approvals in early February, have been sent, and received their case numbers - almost as if TSC suddenly learned how to do this properly. We were told by Angela that we were being shipped last Wedsnesday - so far, so email, no NVC. We have sent two further emails with no response. Today we start doing a "Wade" and rattling some cages, with the senator etc..

The NVC scan thing I am thinking of doing, but it seems worthless, cos we know where the petition is....
