Thank You! Well we can't do anything about it, as i don't think it can be rescheduling on early dates. We had a thinking that we will be together on our 1st wedding anniversary, but now it's doesn't possible as it's on 8th June. .

Yeah, you probably won't be able to re-schedule for an earlier date. The only way you'd get an earlier date is if you expedited.

Isn't it still possible to be together on June 8th? Does it take that long to get the visa back after the interview?

i wish i could also had my interview on may.. i so miss my husband.. is it possible? we just sent our aos&IV last march 24.. how long does it take for the nvc to process both pack? do you think we will be CC on 1st week of april? god.. i wish i will be with my husband on the day of our wedding anniversary...

It usually takes about 2 weeks after sending in the packages to get CC, if no RFEs. It might be possible for you to still be together for your 1 year anniversary if you get an interview scheduled quickly after CC for sometime in May.

Yeah, as long as they submitted both the 1040s and W2s, you're fine. My husband didn't have his yet, so we just submitted pay stubs and an employment letter to show proof as current income. I-864 is the form you filled out and sent with the AOS package.

Yes, that's the whole point of the AOS package. The I-864 is the Affidavit of Support form that shows the petitioner can support the intending immigrant (either by himself or with a joint sponsor). The form is mandatory.

Yeah, if you sent the AOS package without the I-864 form, then yes, you'll get an RFE.

If they will not put me on AP, then it will take couple of days, so hopefully will be able to get it within 2 or 3 days, in my P4 document status they mentioned corresponds status: C and I when I look into the page up it says, Direct inquiries to your consulate / embassy. I didn’t get it that part do you know what it means,

Yeah, I was looking at my interview letter, and I had the same thing as you. No idea on that. I also had an 'R' next to two things, and in the legend, they don't list 'R', so I don't know what that means either.
