Here is an idea. If you cannot make it for your 1 year anniversary than why not celebrating 1 year and 1 month or 1 year and 2 months? we just have to make the best of the situation that we are in unfortunately.

I got my Interview Date today as well. ITs Pretty late. Its on May 26th. So need to check on expedite.

I kept telling everyone it was a lie And here's some proof for everyone. 6 people got their interview dates today and it's the 4th week.

Just got of the phone, got my case #!! I sent a email to them yesterday and the same one again this morning. Now I'm going to email the choice of agent and also a request for expedite. Wish me luck!

So here is something weird, I didn't have to give the operator our email addresses, she already had them. I get how she may have mine (since I've been sending then emails) but how did they get his? I just can't figure it out. I don't remember filling it out on the I-130 or the G325a. Weird.

PS. I got the INN and BID #, of course I am still getting a SIF, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Off topic, sorry, but does anyone know if USCIS sends all the supporting documents with your case to NVC? I sent a lot of pictures to USCIS when I got the RFE and I'm wondering of those pictures are going to get forwarded to NVC and then the embassy.

Yes, I do believe USCIS sends the whole case to NVC, and then NVC ships that plus the AOS and IV packages to the US embassy/consulate. You can call an operator up and ask though to make sure since I'm not 100% positive.
