AVR is telling me that my pack of forms and documents have been reviewed and has been found information missing or incomplete and that they mailed a letter on March 22 to let my now about the documents. Can it be a false FRE? maybe they aspect the DS-230 form because was sent in different dates?

False alarm on RFE, they are just waiting our DS-230 file. :dance: AOS is fine according with the operator. Thank God.

I sent both packets the same day, hopefully they will review DS-230 today and looking forward to SIF and CC in day or two.

I don't know how to write what I am feeling right now, very much emotional and happy too as finally approaching to destiny. Yes Case is completed today; Saylin as you predicted it should be around 25th March and here it is. Thanks for your great support .

Case Complete at NVC

I want to say thank you to everyone on this forum! Truly an amazing site. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have any support in this whole process and I would have been ABSOLUTELY clueless on what steps to take. My marriage certificate was accepted (ha I knew I was right!) and if it wasn't for VJ I wouldn't have had the idea to send repeated emails, email the embassy, call everyday etc. until my case was complete. I am truly blessed to have you all and this website for support. Thank you again!!!!!!!!!!

Also I called this morning and the man literally read what was on the screen "unfortunately ma'am the cases for april are filled, you can call back the 3rd week of april as appts are scheduled the 2nd week......." Anyway I need a break from them and I am truly just so thankful again!

wow....my wife just got a call from the embassy in Bogota and we have our interview NEXT thursday March 31st...I am really excited, but wow, they couldnt even give us at least 2 weeks headsup?! Now Im going to have to rush big time

Since its mostly forms I mostly scanned them at 100dpi as tiff and converted them to pdf after. It came out pretty nice for its size.

Ah, you scanned at low dpi that's why. My husband scanned all his forms in 600 dpi. The whole package was originally 21 MB, but I got it reduced to 8 MB.

Ah, you scanned at low dpi that's why. My husband scanned all his forms in 600 dpi. The whole package was originally 21 MB, but I got it reduced to 8 MB.

Wow at 600 dpi I would have thought it would have been more than 21 MB but since they're grayscale or b & w I guess its normal. I had read on one of the wikis that forms are OK at 100 dpi but pictures or certificates or anything similar should be at 200 dpi. I did the certificates and pictures at 200 dpi for the IV package and they came out great. When printing good quality everyday photos it is recommmended that the files be at least 200 dpi. So for NVC documents anything more than 200 dpi is really not needed. If I had known my package was only going to come out to 5.25 MB than I would have scanned the forms at 150 dpi.

Our AVR changed back today and now saying that "NVC has received checklist response on 9th March", before it was almost two weeks "Your case was complete at 10th March". They opened case back or what?

Did somebody have the same experience?

Cant wait morning to call talk with operator.
