I just sent email to NVC asking about the status of our file since our documents are there from 9 days. Then I ask them also about the fact that USCIS mentioned on their website about informing NVC about TSC delay in order to speed our NVC process and the fact that I will like to now if is correct. Let's hope that I will have a quick answer from them  .

I read somewere on VJ that best method to ask info is by email :D

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary and/or attorney of record will receive an Instruction Package regarding further processing of the petition.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Is this the acceptance of DS-3032 EMAIL?

I'm not sure. I think the acceptance email usually mentions the DS-3032, but yours doesn't.

How do you verify that your DS-3032 EMAIL accepted? i got an email today from nvc with attachment that basically askiin beneficiary to fill ds-3032 form. what should i do now?

the 'visual' is that the IV fee bill is available to be paid on the online payment portal.

Other than that, sorry, it'####### and miss - sometimes you get an email about 'acceptance' , most times not.

this email you got today was supposedly the ds-3032 kit. Once the petitioner has that, with the aos fee bill, should be good to rock and roll with this handy mini-how-to -> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yeah, I doubt I would see instructions to fill out in black ink and sign in blue. But I remember seeing one or two people get RFEs from NVC because they signed in black ink and they thought it was a photocopy. That's why I suggest signing in blue. but you're right, they can simply see the imprint on the backside (if they're competent enough to even look for that).

True enough.... "IF" being the "key word" here. If my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle, right?
