CSC to TSC to NVC: the Saga continues

Hi guys,

Im finishing up my IV package i just need to add my case number on the upper right corner of all documents, is it ok to use a blue pen or must be a black one (same question for the signature), sorry for this silly question but i dont wanna get any RFE that might delay my application again.

I placed a removable label with my case # on only the first page of the actual visa application- should I add one to the rest of the pages of the application? All the other documents each have the case # on them.

Can i send AOS and IV packages in the same envelope?

Did anyone had issues with sanding the AOS and IV packages in the same envelope?

Emailed the Choice of Agent form but never got the automated response, so I'm mailing off the signed hard copy today via standard mail. Just in case! Gotta have my bases covered!

Usually it takes 3-4 days until you will have the acceptance of DS-3032. You can send another email just to be shore . Good luck.

Most probably, your payment status will change to paid after 5 pm. But keep on checking if your status changed to paid. You can gather all the documents to send to NVC. If you want to snd your documents today, make sure everything is ready before your status change to paid. Some post office will accept mail package before 5.30pm. Or you have option to send by FEDEX till 7 pm for overnight delivery.

my basis for expedite was USCIS error and financial hardship resulting from the whole fiasco.

When did you request for the expedites? I sent it last night and it was denied. It says "The situation does not meet Department of State guidelines (life or death medical emergency). Can you tell us what you actually wote?
