I just called NVC the man says my case is in final review and to call back Wednesday and it should be done... :dance:

I just called and she told me they just got my IV packet and to give them another 2 1/2 weeks. Last time a rep told me 2.5 weeks to wait for a case number it was input the next day. :bonk:

USCIS (177 days from NOA1 to NOA2)

08.05.2010 I-130 priority date 08.14.2010 I-130 NOA1 11.03.2010 Transfer from CSC to TSC 01.19.2011 Service Request for out of processing time. Congressional Intervention 02.07.2011 I-130 Approved 02.14.2011 Shipped from TSC to NVC

NVC (33 days from #assigned to CC)
02.17.2011 Case number assigned 02.18.2011 Case # & INN received. Gave email addresses. Emailed DS 3032. Paid AOS Fee 02.22.2011 AOS Fee appeared as paid. Mailed AOS. DS 3032 accepted 02.24.2011 AOS received. IV bill generated and paid 02.25.2011 IV bill fee appeared as paid. Mailed IV 02.28.2011 IV packet received 03.09.2011 AOS entered in the system 03.11.2011 IV entered in the system 03.15.2011 AVR RFE 03.16.2011 Sent RFE response. No NVC Case number for me yet. I was approved on 03/04/2011. How can i ask NVC operator to give me case number and IIN number? How can i verify with NVC operator that my file is in NVC now?.

Keep calling AVR and when you will have your case number you can talk with the operator and ask about invoice ID and give them email address.

If your Approved petition has been forwarded to NVC then you should have your case number within 5 to 10 from now. send email to David.Badger@dhs.gov and ask about your petition current status :thumbs:

You can call and speak with an operator directly instead of calling the AVR. I still dont have a case number but i call an operator every day just in case. I believe other VJers did the same and got their case numbers that way, it is way faster and more reliable than the AVR.

Hello everyone - quick question. I noticed on my Cover Sheets both on AOS and IV, that they are marked with "CR1" underneath the bar code. If our marriage was over 2 years ago after the NVC inputted our case into their system, shouldn't that be marked with "IR1"? Did they make a mistake or is that corrected some place else along the process? Thank you!

If your marriage is over 2 years, then yes, technically, it should be IR-1. But I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure at the interview that you're getting an IR-1 visa and also make sure at POE.

What a coincidence , we have the same day, month and year at our weddings Feb 28 2009 :). I have my case number since 28 Feb. and our cover sheet say IR1. Probably you will have IR1 but at the embassy 100%.

i got last thursday acceptance for ds3032 and invoiced to pay IV Bill.. but till now there is no IV Bill option in the payment portal.

i dont know when i will be able to pay

I am having the same issue. I got an email for paying IV fee. When i login, the fee has not been generated yet.

anyone know if I have to include pay stubs for I864 packet if my household member, who def. has the majority of the income to make us qualify to sponsor my wife, is going to include pay stubs?? I only have stubs from about 3 months back since I have been unemployed since the end of December. Is it even necessary for me to include them?

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!
