You just put 2 in a and that's it. Do not write 1 in b. If you don't have any children (or other dependents) and she's only sponsoring you, it should look like this:

a - 2

b - 0

c - 0

d - 0

e - 0

f - 2

yeah don't count anyone twice! even if it doesn't make sense. That could cost you a RFE for not enough income or confusion.

You're reading this wiki right? http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form There's no mention of a barcode. You just email the data that's on that page, send it from the beneficiary's email account, and that's it.

No, you don't send evidence of a bona fide marriage. That's only required at the USCIS stage and possibly at the interview. None is needed at NVC.

You can print the barcode once you are paid with AOS and DS-230.

NVC will email you a DS-3032 form with barcode but you have a choice to us or not to use it, it doesn't matter actually, i only used the VJ template when i email to NVC my DS3032 and they accepted it.

For the IV packet you have to pass

BARCODED Cover Sheet (to be printed from web when your status is PAID online for IV bill)

You OWN cover sheet listing what documents are in the package, so they're easy for the reviewer to locate

Completed DS-230 part I & II and ONLY part I signed by beneficiary.

Photocopy of the beneficiary's passport biographic data page.

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate.

Original/certified copy of beneficiary’s and petitioner’s marriage certificate.

Original police certificates of the beneficiary.

Original/certified copy of military record, if applicable.

Original/certified copy of divorce decree, death certificate, etc. of previous marriage, if applicable.

2 2"X2" (5X5cm) color passport photos of beneficiary as per passport specifications.

and a photocopy of all the above.

Saylin I have questions:

1. How long will it take after you pass AOS and IV packet for he NVC to review it?

2. Once NVC reviewed it, how long it takes for SIF and CC?

3. Once CC, how long it takes for your papers to leave NVC and mail to your respective embassy?

4. Once CC, how long it takes when NVC emailed you your medical and you schedule?

wheeewww thanks again:)

It takes NVC about 2 weeks to review your packages once they receive it. Then within a few days, if everything is correct, then the case is complete. I cannot possibly answer the other questions since it all depends on your embassy/consulate. Every embassy/consulate has a different wait time to assigning interview dates.

Just a note, since you're from the Philippines, you could have already done your medical as soon as you arrived at NVC and received an email from them with your case number. The Philippines is I believe the only country (that I know of) that allows advance medicals.

Saylin, i just called St Lukes and yes i can have my medical anytime as long as i have my NVC number.

Do you think its fine if ill do it? The lady that i spoke with said it's my choice to take a risk 'coz there are some test that expires 3 months and 6 months...

Do you think there's a possibility for me to get an interview by May?

This might be a better question posed at another Filipino VJer or in the Embassy specific forums on VJ. Saylin's Embassy in Montreal is a lot different than The Philippines.
