Bome, trebalo bi.

Mi imamo zajednicki racun u Bank of America, moguce da smo i to poslali, ali sad vise nisam sigurna. Kazem, niti jedan jedini boarding pass nije otisao niti zig iz pasosa, to sigurno jer se sjecam da sam bila ljuta na muza i ocekivana RFE.

Dobili smo RFE za kopiju vjencanog + prijevod pa bih ti svakako savjetovala da to posaljes.

Ja sam platila nasoj prevoditeljici sa svadbe da prevede dokumente. Nije potrebno za USCIS, ali htjela dam sluzbene prijevode da ih imam za svaki slucaj. I bebin rodni list je ona prevela, trebalo nam je za dodati bebu na muzevo osiguranje.

Sretno, updejtaj timeline kako se stvari budu odvijale, nema puno podataka za HR jos. :)

Cao svima,vidim da vas ima dosta aktivnih ovde.Bila bih zahvalna ako bi ste mi odgovorili na par pitanja.Udala sam se za americkog drzavljanina prosle godine.Aplikacuju su nam prihvatili 06.12.2013.RFE su nam poslali 9 juna i mi smo poslali nazad to sto su nam trazili posle nekoliko Dana.Od tada smo samo dobili dva email da jos nismo prosli proveru.Moze li neko da mi objasni o cemu se ovde radio,jer USCIS svaki put kada smo zvali kazu da oni nemaju informacije o tome.Da li je neko imao slicna iskustva?Unapred puno zahvalna

Kada zovete USCIS tražite tier 2 supervisora. Posto traje vec godinu dana, mislim da ce NOA2 uskoro! Cuvaj zivce za NVC stage...tamo tek traje u posljednje vrijeme :(

PS.: sa tier2 moze razgovarati samo USC.

Samo z case # da dodjele cca 30-40dana, dok izstave racun jos 14 dana, pregled papira cca 60 dana....sve skupa cca 3-4 mjeseca ako je sve ok:/

Hmm neznam.. Moze proci, moze ne proci...sve ovisi kako jim se cini tj da li imas dovoljno jake dokaze koji te vezu za rodnu zemlju.

Plus i ako dobijes, mogu te svejedno vratiti na ulasku u USA jer si vec pokazala namjeru za imigraciju. Sve to ovisi od puno stvari i nitko ti ne moze garantirati da ce proci....ili nece....

Mozda mozes pitati ambasadu sto misle/savjetuju...da bi htjela ici u posjet muzu ali ces se vratiti sigurno.

Nemam iskustva sa time,jer nama u slo nije potrebna viza....
